Membership Details
- 1. Membership is a month to month commitment.
- 2. Monthly membership balance cannot be supplemented by any other promotional vendor programs such as Alle (Brilliant Distinctions), Aspire Rewards, Med Spa loyalty points or Med Spa account credit, though these programs can be used at checkout.
- 3. Your first month’s membership contribution will be due prior to receiving membership benefits. Your initial contribution can be paid the same day as your procedure, however the membership dues will be banked for your next visit.
- 4. Any membership contribution that is returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number or card information is considered in arrears and due to Montecito Med Spa. Membership services and discounts are suspended until any outstanding balances in arrears are paid and current.
- 5. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be given. You will be able to spend all of your funds in the Med Spa.
